Coaching

Accompanying teams and individuals is essential to ensure that they will contribute at best to the performance of the systems in which they operate. We're not talking here about training programs or just skills development: we are referring to an intensive work done with groups and individuals, ready to challenge their common views about people and performance, and to commit to a real change process.

 

Beyond a coaching process lie three critical questions:

* what is it that we/I really want?

* what are we/am I ready to do (start/continue/stop in attitudes/behaviors/actions) to make it happen?

* how much are we/am I ready to take the other parties involved into consideration, when looking for achieving our/my purpose ?
